*For the best availability, please place orders at least two weeks in advance. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. I do not secure a cake off of conversation, a deposit must be received to secure a booking! NO EXCEPTIONS!
*Orders requested within the same week are subject to availability and will incur a rush fee. Please note that same-day orders are not accepted no exceptions!
*Balance must be sent in 72 hours prior to the due date for your order to be fulfilled by the date requested, unless otherwise discussed and approved by management.
*Delivery must be requested at the time of booking and is available for an additional travel fee. DELIVERY IS NOT INCLUDED! Delivery is only included for 2 and 3 tier cakes, as I will stack your cake once I arrive to the designated location to where the cake will be stationed.
*If delivery is not requested at the time of booking, it may still be added up to a week in advance; however, availability is not guaranteed due to previously scheduled deliveries. If delivery accommodations cannot be made, a designated pickup location will be provided.
*All changes to orders must be requested no later than 5 days prior to the due date, after the 5 day mark, no more changes can be made, no exceptions!

Please note that I am one person so I try to respond in a timely manner to all of my customers but I am also very busy and also a solo baker, so please allow me up to 24 hours to respond to all inquiries but I will do my best to respond as quickly as possible, thanks Mgmt🥰
