IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW

 

✨ BOOKING & ORDER POLICIES ✨

For the best availability, please place all orders at least 2 weeks in advance. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. Please note: your order is NOT confirmed through conversation alone — a deposit must be received to officially secure your date. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Orders requested within the same week are subject to availability and will incur a rush fee. Same-day orders are NOT accepted under any circumstances.

BALANCE & PAYMENT POLICY

The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled due date or pickup date in order for your order to be completed on time, unless otherwise discussed and approved by management in advance.

Failure to submit final payment within the required timeframe may result in cancellation of the order and forfeiture of the booking date.

DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery must be requested at the time of booking and is available for an additional travel fee. DELIVERY IS NOT INCLUDED.

Delivery is complimentary for qualifying 2-tier and 3-tier cakes, as final assembly and stacking will be completed upon arrival at the designated venue/location.

Please note: delivery is REQUIRED for all cakes that are two tiers or larger. The full delivery address where the cake will be stationed must be provided at the time of booking.

This policy applies to all qualifying orders with NO EXCEPTIONS.

If delivery is not requested during booking, it may still be added up to one week prior to the due date; however, availability is not guaranteed due to previously scheduled deliveries. If delivery cannot be accommodated, a designated pickup location will be provided.

ORDER CHANGES

Any changes to an order must be requested no later than 5 days prior to the due date. After the 5-day mark, no additional changes can be made. NO EXCEPTIONS.

NO-SHOW & CANCELLATION POLICY

Once an order has been completed, failure to communicate or pick up your order may result in refusal of all future bookings.

If you are unable to pick up your order, communication must be made prior to the scheduled pickup time.

Orders canceled after the cake has already been prepared will be subject to a cancellation fee starting at $50 and up, depending on the total value and size of the order.

Failure to pay the cancellation fee may result in refusal of future bookings.
